Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation & Attendance

Clients are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling sessions with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

Cancellations due to genuine emergencies may be waived at the provider’s discretion.

2. Client Commitment

The provider commits to being fully prepared for each scheduled session and to delivering the services in accordance with the programme description.

Clients are expected to engage actively in the programme, complete assigned tasks between sessions, and practise the skills taught. Progress and outcomes are dependent on the client’s level of participation and commitment.

3. Programme Duration & Structure

Business English Accelerator Programme

  • Duration: Ten (10) weeks

  • Frequency: One (1) session per week

  • Session length: Fifty-five (55) minutes

The programme may extend up to twelve (12) weeks to accommodate scheduling adjustments. In exceptional circumstances, the programme may be extended to a maximum of three (3) months.

Emergency IELTS Programme

  • Duration: Twelve (12) weeks

  • Frequency: One (1) session per week

  • Session length: Ninety (90) minutes

The programme may extend up to fourteen (14) weeks where necessary. In exceptional circumstances, the programme may be extended to a maximum of three (3) months.

Café Programme

  • Format: Monthly subscription

  • Frequency: One (1) session per week

  • Session length: Thirty (30) minutes

The subscription may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

4. Support & Communication

The provider is available via WhatsApp and email for short, ad hoc support related to urgent English-language questions (“English emergencies”). This support does not constitute formal teaching sessions.

Support is subject to a fair-use policy and is available between 09:00 and 18:00 Central European Time. The provider endeavors to respond within twelve (12) hours.

5. Learning Resources

All programme-related resources will be provided by the provider and shared via Microsoft Teams or an equivalent platform.

6. General

Programme timelines, session delivery, and support availability are subject to reasonable adjustments where required to ensure service continuity.
