Payment
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the programme. By completing the purchase, you confirm your express consent for the services to begin on the scheduled start date.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you acknowledge that where the programme is scheduled to begin on a specific date, and you request that the services commence immediately or within the statutory withdrawal period, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided, all fees paid for the Business English Accelerator and Café Programmes are non-refundable once the programme has commenced.
No tutor or service provider can ethically or contractually guarantee a specific IELTS band score. However, the IELTS Emergency Programme includes a satisfaction commitment.
If you complete the programme in full and believe that the services were not delivered in accordance with the description provided at the time of purchase, you may submit a written request for review within seven (7) calendar days of programme completion.
Following such review, a partial refund or credit toward future services may be offered at the provider’s discretion.
